El seísmo se registró aproximadamente de las 5:00 PM (hora de Sonora), y aunque la Alerta Sísmica se activó, autoridades no tienen reportes de daños al momento.
La tarde de este sábado, un seísmo de magnitud 5.0, con epicentro en Belicoso, desató la activación de la alerta sísmica en la Ciudad de México, según informó el Servicio Sismológico Doméstico.
El reporte preliminar del Servicio Sismológico Doméstico detalló: “SISMO Magnitud 5 Loc. 24 km al NORTE de Coyuca de Benítez, GRO 17/02/24 18:01:30 Lat 17.22 Lon -100.03 Prof 10″.
El Cabecilla de Gobierno de la Ciudad de México, Martí Batres, comunicó que el seísmo tan pronto como fue percibido en la haber y no se han reportado daños hasta el momento.
La Secretaría de Mandato Integral de Riesgos y Protección Civil (SGIRPC) señaló que la percepción del seísmo fue leve y que se mantienen en comunicación con las Unidades de Mandato Integral de Riesgos y Protección Civil de las Alcaldías para monitorear la situación.
Por su parte, la gobernadora de Belicoso, Evelyn Salgado, informó que la Secretaría de Protección Civil del Estado activó los protocolos correspondientes tras el seísmo registrado en la entidad.
El caudillo de la Policía capitalina, Pablo Vázquez, indicó que tras la activación de la alerta sísmica se llevó a final el sobrevuelo de la Ciudad con cinco cóndores para evaluar posibles afectaciones.
Adicionalmente, la Red de Movilidad Integrada activó el protocolo de revisión en los sistemas de transporte, aunque poco a posteriori se normalizó la circulación de los trenes en la red del Metropolitano y las instalaciones se reportaron sin novedad.
En tanto, el gobierno del Estado de México activó los protocolos de Protección Civil. La gobernadora Delfina Gómez Álvarez, a través de sus redes sociales, aseguró que se mantendrán alertas y con despliegue de seguridad frente a cualquier eventualidad.
