Los cuerpos no serán entregados hasta que se completen las pruebas genéticas.
La Fiscalía Universal del Estado de Sinaloa abrió una carpeta de investigación por el delito de homicidio culposo por el casualidad ocurrido el miércoles 30 de enero en la autopista Mazatlán-Culiacán en el municipio de Elota, que dejó 22 personas fallecidas.
A través de un comunicado, la dependencia informó que las acciones periciales aún no han terminado, por lo que no se puede exceder qué o quién lo causó.
Mencionó que el chofer del tráiler aún se encuentra internado en un hospital de Mazatlán, mientras que el conductor del autobús no aparece en la tira de personas lesionadas.
La Fiscalía señaló que en el caso de los pasajeros del camión se tiene un relación de 41 personas que abordaron, por lo que a partir de este y de quienes resultaron con vida se partirá para la identificación de los restos encontrados en el espacio.
Sobre las personas que no aparecen en dicha tira, adecuado a que no pagaron su boleto, la dependencia señaló que sus familiares pueden comparecer a hacer su prueba de raza y aportar los datos de su corriente para ayudar en la identificación de los mismos.
Aclaró que este proceso no será inmediato, sino que tardará ya que se requiere la colaboración de las familias directas como padres, hijos o hermanos y acudan a la vicefiscalía más cercana a su domicilio a aportar información de su corriente y una muestra de raza con la cual se cotejaran los ADN que se logre extraer de los cuerpos.
“No se hará entrega de ningún cuerpo hasta no tener los resultados, aunque todavía hay que aclarar que es posible que, regalado el progresista categoría de calcinación de los fallecidos algunos de ellos no podrán ser identificados”, concluyó la Fiscalía.
