El Consejo Universal del Poder Contencioso (CGPJ) ha preferido este miércoles por unanimidad al magistrado Dimitry Berberoff como vicepresidente del Tribunal Supremo y ha aceptado la composición de sus trece comisiones internas tras un acuerdo entre progresistas y conservadores.
Fuentes del entraña de gobierno de los jueces informan de que la alternativa de Berberoff como número 2 del detención tribunal, que era el único candidato propuesto por la presidenta Isabel Perelló, se ha hecho por asentimiento, sin obligación de votación.
Encima, el Pleno ha aceptado la composición de las 13 comisiones internas tras el pacto corto entre progresistas y conservadores.
