Lo más seleccionado del mundo del pádel se dio cita ayer en el perímetro del Madrid Arena, donde se está disputando la Hexagon Cup, para asistir a la elegancia de entrega de premios más importantes del deporte del 20×10. Por noveno año consecutivo la web especializada PadelSpain entregó los World Padel Awards que reconocen a las personalidades y parentela del sector que ha destacado adentro del pádel en el 2023.
Esta elegancia tuvo tres grandes protagonistas: Agustín Tapia que fue notorio mejor ludópata , Ariana Sánchez, que recogió el galardón en categoría femenina, e Iker Casillas que recibió en nombre de la Fundación del Vivo Madrid el premio al tesina solidario por el circuito solidario que llevaron a promontorio la temporada pasada.
Desde Padel Spain organizaron un precioso homenaje a cinco jugadores que colgaron la pala en 2023. Juan Martín Díaz, Eli Amatriaín, Mati Díaz y las hermanas Sánchez Alayeto recibieron el galardón honorífico por sus largas y prolíficas trayectorias. La entrega fue amenizada con un vídeo donde se recordaron los mejores momentos de sus carreras y recibieron algunos mensajes de sus compañeros y amigos más cercanos.
Dos jugadores jóvenes que han legado mucha conflicto en el circuito profesional en 2023 igualmente tuvieron su momento de triunfo en la elegancia que se celebró en la pista secundaria que ha montado la Hexagon Cup en las instalaciones del Madrid Arena. Leo Augsburguer y Andrea Ustero recogieron el premio a mejor ludópata revelación en categoría masculina y femenina respectivamente.
El galardón a mejor monitor fue para Aquel Rodríguez, un debutante en la categoría. En su primer año como monitor de Ari Sánchez y Paula Josemaría ha conseguido soportar a sus pupilas a cerrar el año como números uno de los ranking World Padel Tour y Premier Padel.
World Padel Tour igualmente tuvo su momento en la elegancia. En su postrer año organizando el circuito profesional, la empresa de eventos deportivos del Conjunto Damm recibió el premio a mejor torneo profesional por el SIXT Comunidad de Madrid Master que tuvo división en la Caja Mágica del 16 al 24 de septiembre. Otro de los momentos que dejó a todo el manifiesto con la boca abierta fue cuando se anunció el premio a mejor punto del año que proyectaron en la pantalla del evento. Javi Hermoso fue el triunfador por un un punto en Paredes Master Padel que se celebró en Portugal.
