El nuevo gimnasia fiscal llega con la deducción del Impuesto de la Renta para los ingresos inferiores a 22.000 euros anuales, tal y como se encuentra recogido en los Presupuestos del Estado para 2023.
Al mismo tiempo, y de forma colateral, los contribuyentes que tengan sueldos a partir de 22.000 euros serán los más perjudicados por la declive en las retenciones del IRPF.
Estos trabajadores, en función de su renta y las cargas familiares que tengan, deberán devolver a Hacienda en la próxima campaña del IRPF que comienza el 3 de abril entre 400 euros y 900 euros, según señalan expertos en fiscalidad a elEconomista.es.

El Gobierno modificó el Reglamento del IRPF en diciembre de 2022, para que tuviera género a partir de 2023, para extender a los salarios de hasta 35.200 euros un frontera mayor en la cuota de retención.
La reducción de la retención de estos sueldos será anciano en función de las circunstancias de la persona. Es sostener, se le aplicará una retención beocio por cada hijo que tenga y todavía si su cónyuge no aporta rentas al hogar ascendiente.
Por el contrario, entre los menos perjudicados están quienes se acerquen a ese mayor y menos cargas familiares tengan, puesto que la retención será anciano o, incluso, no tendrían que abonar falta a la Agencia Tributaria.

A medida que los salarios vayan incrementando y se vayan acercando a los 35.200 euros y cuanto menos cargas tenga la persona, la retención por IRPF es anciano y, luego, la devolución a la Agencia Tributaria será beocio o prácticamente nula.
