El comercio mundial se encuentra en estos momentos afectado por una tormenta perfecta al coincidir tres crisis en el tiempo: la disrupción de las rutas en Ucrania adecuado a la supresión, el potencial pestillo del canal de Suez por los bombardeos en el mar Rojo y la drástica disminución del tráfico en el canal de Panamá.
Así lo puso de manifiesto en una rueda de prensa telemática en la sede de la ONU, Jan Hoffman, superior de la división de tecnología en la UNCTAD, la estructura de Naciones Unidas para el comercio y el progreso.
Disminución del tráfico comercial
Hoffman explicó que el Canal de Panamá tiene actualmente un 36 % menos de tráfico que el año susodicho, y un 62 % menos que el previo adecuado a la caída del nivel del agua por la sequía en la zona, es opinar, por causas ligadas exclusivamente al cambio climático.
A esta crisis sin un final a la pinta se ha sumado la tensión en el mar Rojo, por donde transita un 20 % de los contenedores del mundo y animoso para la conexión entre Europa y Asia: en estos momentos, el tránsito de contenedores ha caído un 67 % comparado a un año a espaldas, y hexaedro que son los grandes portacontedores los más afectados, el impacto en el cuerpo total de mercancías supone un porcentaje aún viejo.
Los cargueros que transportan petróleo son ahora un 77 % menos que hace un año, y los que transportan gas -que sufrirían de guisa más aparatosa un eventual disparo contra sus depósitos- han evitado por completo la ruta del mar Rojo desde el 16 de enero, precisó.
La abajadero drástica de tráfico provoca el aumento de precios
Esta abajadero drástica del tráfico se está reflejando en un aumento de precios -por estacionamiento imprevisto o por un viejo aventura asumido por las aseguradoras- en grandes puertos como el de Shangái, donde los precios para las la navieras han subido un 122 % en genérico entre diciembre y el pasado viernes, porcentaje que sube a 256 % en el caso de barcos que van a Europa.
Otro intención indeseado del pestillo potencial del mar Rojo y la disminución de la capacidad en Panamá es la prolongación de las rutas marítimas, pues está obligando a las grandes navieras a circunnavegar Sudamérica o África con el consiguiente consumo suplementario de toneladas de fuel y de impacto en los gases de intención invernadero.
Hoffman puso como ejemplo los primeros existencias de la supresión de Ucrania, reflejados en una inflación alimentaria que sufrieron sobre todo los países del tercer mundo, y señaló que, en caso de seguir la contemporáneo crisis, puede darse por descontada una viejo inflación mundial y retrasos en la esclavitud abastecimiento en genérico como los que se vieron durante la pandemia de la covid.
